Nicola Court is a massage therapist and an acupuncturist with expertise in pregnancy, obstetric and fertility care, working within the Essex and Hertfordshire area.
Nicola is a member of the British Acupuncture Council – The BAC is committed to ensuring all patients receive the highest standard of professional care during their acupuncture treatment. The Code of Professional Conduct governs ethical and professional behaviour, while the Code of Safe Practice sets benchmark standards for best practice acupuncture. All BAC members are bound by these odes. Nicola is also a member of the Acupuncture for Childbirth Team Hertfordshire and soon to be created Essex group.

Brazilian and Hollywood Waxing
Brazilian and Hollywood waxing has become extremely popular. Julia uses a wax called Lycon which is made from aromatherapy oils and bees wax and is designed for sensitive areas. This has a shrink wrap effect around the hair follicle making it feel less uncomfortable.
Acoustic Wave Therapy
One of Julia’s newest treatments available is called Acoustic Wave Therapy. This is a fantastic treatment and has great results on cellulite, scar tissue and stretch marks. Nikki is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Nurse Prescriber with 22 years of nursing experience and post graduate qualifications. She was trained by an award leading aesthetic training company to administer wrinkle relaxing treatment (Botox) and Dermal fillers.
Botox
Fine lines can be softened by injecting small amounts of Botox around the eyes, between the eyes and across the forehead. These small injections temporarily relax the nerve endings of the facial muscles, leaving a fresher appearance. Full effects can be seen within 2 weeks and last between 4 and 6 months, although this depends on the individual.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are artistically injected into the skin to restore lost volume and definition giving a healthy, younger appearance. Fillers are a smooth clear gel that lifts and smoothes wrinkles, lines and folds. They are made from Hyaluronic Acid (HA) which is naturally found in our skin, the older we get the less HA is produced, causing the loss of volume and lines. The results are immediate and effects can last 6 – 12 months, depending on lifestyle. Dermal fillers can be used in conjunction with Botox to give a more youthful appearance.
